Our Team | Jyoti Mander

Hi, my name is Jyoti Mander and I am Crossroads Naturopathic Clinic's Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a background study of Dietetics, completing my nutritional studies at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. My practice revolves around providing a sustainable healthy lifestyle within the body and mind giving you a great quality of life!

Jyoti believes that not one solution is a solution to all, therefore during the first visit, you will have an hour consultation covering all your history or present symptoms and Jyoti works to find the correlation between it all; along with providing an intensive plan. She will provide not just diet, but lifestyle adaptations with the assistance of supplementation and herbs to better your health. Jyoti's first and most important step into this journey of betterment with you is: educating along the way, to turn that feeling of not knowing how or where to start to being able to take control of your health with full support from our clinical nutritionist.

She has shadowed and volunteered along side dieticians during her undergrad in different settings from a senior care home center to a food bank. This allowed her to work with all types of people learning how to create sustainable and even affordable lifestyles according to each individual. In addition to, Jyoti has been a part of Growing Chefs, where she was placed in elementary schools to teach children all about nutrition and how it can be implemented with their families. This allowed her to understand how children tend to perceive healthy eating and importantly how families may contribute to it.

What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic Nutrition is to investigate all aspects including gut, stress, digestive or simply lifestyle that can be the underlying factor. It is to unmask the hidden symptoms that can be contributing to the health disorder or chronic inflammations.
