I have worked with clients who have faced a wide range of issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, adoption & ADHD. I also have helped clients who have had difficulty coping with stress or life challenges. As a mother of two young adults, I understand the difficulties faced by young people today. I can relate to the challenges of relationships and the complexities of life.

I am welcoming to clients who come from diverse backgrounds. I have my certification for Indigenous Cultural Training and have worked with Indigenous clients in the past.

I have experience using various modalities including CBT, Solutions Focused , Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness approaches.

Rather than focusing on one specific modality, I like to use tools that work best with each individual client. I am warm, accepting and have an open approach that helps clients to feel safe, supported and understood. I believe that everyone has the innate potential to grow and make positive changes in their lives. I will collaborate with you to find the right path forward.
