Sandy is a registered Acupuncturist, Tuina Therapist, Medical Qigong Therapist, and Daoist Priest. She completed the Acupuncture Program at Vancouver Career College in Burnaby and she completed her certification in Tuina therapy, cupping, moxibustion and guasha with the International College of TCM (ICTCM) (now known as the Tzu Chi International College of TCM).

Sandy is also a certified Master of Medical Qigong Therapy and Medical Qigong Doctor candidate through the International Institute of Medical Qigong and Empty Mountain Institute where she has also completed numerous light body, channeling and mediumship courses. Sandy is also an ordained Daoist Priest, 82nd generation highest purity sect and 66th generation celestial masters sect, a disciple of dragon heart temple.

Sandy uses acupuncture to address numerous ailments.

She is able to combine acupuncture with medical qigong energy, cupping, tuina, moxibustion, and guasha to assist people with various ailments such as headaches, migraines, tension and anxiety, body pain including hip and shoulder pain, tennis and golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, lumbar pain and back injuries, sciatica, and ankle and knee pain.

Other focuses are insomnia, somnolence, depression, energy issues, digestive issues such as constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, and acid reflux, body toning such as facial rejuvenation, addiction, women’s health such as menstrual issues, dysmenorrhea, fertility, and menopause.

Acupuncture is very effective at treating most symptoms so this list is not exhaustive. Sandy uses a holistic approach as well as Dr. Tan's Balancing method.

Sandy is able to combine Medical Qigong Energy with acupuncture or offer Medical Qigong Energetic Therapy treatments separately. Medical Qigong is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine and utilizes acupuncture points and meridians without physical needles. Medical Qigong also incorporates talk therapy such as soul retrieval or past life regression.

Sandy also provides Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary therapy suggestions where appropriate, and Medical Qigong Exercises and Meditations which help to support treatments. As a Daoist Priest, Sandy also provides end of life support, as well as channeling and mediumship.
