How we support fertility
Preconception optimization. Cycle assessment, nutrient status (including iron and thyroid markers), lifestyle and both partners’ health, ideally starting three or more months before trying.
Support while trying naturally. Cycle tracking insight, hormone testing where useful, and treatment of the conditions that commonly interfere, from PCOS to thyroid patterns.
Alongside IUI and IVF. Acupuncture timed to your protocol and transfer schedule, coordinated with your fertility clinic, plus naturopathic support for the parts of the process medicine does not cover: sleep, stress, side effects and the mental load.

Does acupuncture actually help with IVF?
Acupuncture is widely used alongside IVF, and we time treatments to your clinic’s protocol. We will discuss the evidence honestly at your consultation, without overpromising.
Do you treat male fertility?
Yes. Preconception care for both partners is standard practice here.
Will you coordinate with my fertility clinic?
Yes, routinely, with your consent.
