Before your visit
Complete your intake forms online after booking. They ask about your health history, medications, supplements and goals. If you have recent lab results, bring them or send them ahead; we would rather build on your existing workup than repeat it.
Your first appointment
Your first naturopathic visit is a thorough intake. Your ND reviews your history, your current symptoms and everything you have already tried, then examines what has been missed. You leave with an initial assessment and a plan, which may include targeted lab testing.
After your visit
Follow ups are shorter and focused on results and adjustments. Treatment plans commonly combine naturopathic medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, IV support or counselling, coordinated within the clinic.
Costs and coverage
Most extended health plans in BC include coverage for naturopathic medicine,
acupuncture and counselling; amounts vary by plan. Visits are not covered by MSP.
