Yes, for many patients. Birth control manages symptoms for some; others want or need alternatives. We will lay out the evidence for your options and support your decision either way.

What testing do you do for PCOS?

Typically hormone and metabolic panels chosen from your history, plus review of any imaging or bloodwork you already have.

How long before I see changes?

Cycle and skin changes typically take a few months to show, because that is how the underlying biology moves. We set expectations honestly at your first visit.
