Why have it here rather than a standalone studio
Because your acupuncturist and your naturopathic doctor can actually talk to each other. If your insomnia is partly iron deficiency, or your tension headaches are partly jaw related, the plan adapts, and treatments like herbal medicine, IV support or therapeutic Botox are available down the hall.

Does acupuncture hurt?
No, not usually. Most people feel a brief pinch at most, then little or nothing. Many fall asleep during treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
Acute issues often respond in a few sessions; chronic patterns usually take a course of treatment. Your practitioner will give you an honest estimate up front.
Is acupuncture covered by extended health?
Yes, most BC plans include acupuncture by registered practitioners. Check your plan.
